The harbourfront steakhouse at Regent Hong Kong recently launched its decadent Sunday brunch, and it's the perfect weekend affair for meat lovers. Indulge in a unique selection of premium USDA beef and Carima marbled beef from Italy charcoal-grilled to perfection. Main offerings also provide options of lamb racks, chicken, and salmon fillets. The Brunch Table features a wide variety of freshly baked viennoiseries, including croissants, pain du chocolat, and bread. Indulge in unlimited servings of dim sum from chef ArChan Chan's kitchen, with an array of new dishes crafted by their new dim sum chef, Winson Yip. Start with crunchy-spicy smashed cucumber, filling plump har gow, as well as fried turnip cakes and siu mai, before moving on to new dishes like crab, prawn, and beetroot dumpling, fried taro puff with wagyu beef and black truffle, and the moreish mala beef ball with kaffir lime leaves. Those looking for vegetarian options can dig into some green leafy veggies or order servings of crispy mushroom, jicama and carrot spring rolls. Wash them all down with Champagne, where each guest can choose one bottle from a collection of eight premium vintages from various winemakers.
