Situated in a seemingly quaint historic building on the corner of Union and Hanover Streets, The Bell in Hand is a favorite amongst the city's young folks, who regularly pack both floors of its immense brick space. Time Out top tip: this is a great spot to go when your friends don't have any better ideas, it is always a great time.
